In order to successfully use Kleandisk, you need KDE 2.0 and librpm version 3.0.4 or higher.
Vaclav Slavik has the following to say about the rpmlib for Redhat systems:
'Kleandisk needs RPM 3.0.5-9.6x or higher. The missing function I reported (rpmBuildFileList) was not in RPM 3.0.3 but is in 3.0.5-9.6x. This version is available from ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/up2date (I think) -- it is an update to RH6.x systems that make RPM work with RPM 4 file format (because RPM3->RPM4 upgrade is either painful or impossible).'
