o Sometimes XFMail can not determine the correct host name
of the system it's running on. As a result, the From and Sender
addresses might be incorrect. You will be asked for corrent
  hostname (including domain).
(Also don't forget to fix your From address in General dialog).

o On some X servers, fonts in the Subject, From, and Sender fields may
be too big and will not fit in the input field, so those fields will
appear blank. In this case you should reduce the viewer/editor font size
  through Config/Appearance dialog box.

Note: you need to change the fonts associated with the used charset(s)
and not with the viewer/editor itself. (See help for more details).

o X11 error messages can be reported after pressing Ok button
in configuration dialog(s). The problem seems to be harmless.

o You can expirience some problems generating double-click on
  certain X servers.

o If you don't have write permissions in your spool directory and your
mail delivery agent does not support kernel locking, you can expirience
mailbox corruption and even mail loss. Please read carefully "LOCKING"
section of the README file. The problem is very very rare and was noticed
only on some versions of Linux (default installation).

o There are some little memory leaks (I got rid of all the "big" ones)
